April Fools Day

The kids got excited this year for April Fools. That morning, I woke up with a Hannah Montana wig by my face! I went downstairs to make breakfast for the kids and Megan said she made me juice, but it was colored hot chocolate..but cold Yeck! What a prankster! They were excited to see what was for dinner that night and loved the menu. We had "Sushi" aka. Twizzler string wrapped in rolled up Rice Krispies. The outside was Fruit By the Foot. And the main course was "Carrot Cake" which was really meatloaf with mashed potatoes as the frosting.


This is a fun tradition that we've started to do. It'll be interesting to see what's on the menu for next year!
